OFFICIAL RULES

The "HONDA CONTEST: $5000 TO LIVE THE ADVENTURE" contest will start on April 1, 2024, and end on March 31, 2025. The deadline for contest participation is March 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The contest is open to customers who sign a contract to purchase at least one complete motorcycle or scooter course between April 1, 2024, and March 31, 2025, at a participating TECNIC MOTO driving school. By signing their purchase contract for a complete motorcycle or scooter course, the customer is automatically entered into the contest. However, they may choose not to participate. In such a case, the customer simply needs to set the quantity of the "motorcycle contest participation" product, which is added by default when registering for the motorcycle course, to zero.

1.1 MAXIMUM OF ONE ENTRY PER CUSTOMER

As previously specified, contest participation is exclusively linked to enrolling in a complete motorcycle or scooter course, whether at the Montreal and Quebec Motorcycle Shows or at a participating TECNIC MOTO driving school. Thus, the customer will have a maximum of one chance to win the grand prize.

1.2 THE CUSTOMER MUST BE AT LEAST 14 YEARS OLD AND RESIDE IN CANADA TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTEST.

2. DRAW

The draw will take place among all customers enrolled in a complete motorcycle or scooter course and who have agreed to participate in the contest. The draw will be held on Friday, April 11, 2025, at 11 AM, at the head office of Groupe Tecnic Canada Inc., 1545 Le Corbusier Blvd., Suite 66, Laval, QC H7S 2K6. The randomly selected participant will be declared the grand prize winner, subject to meeting all conditions described in these rules. An immediate verification will be conducted to ensure that the drawn candidate has not canceled their contract before completing their course. If this is the case, a second participant will be randomly selected until a winner meeting the eligibility and prize claim conditions is found.
