Refund policy

As required by the Consumer Protection Act (Successive Performance Service Contract for Education, Training or Assistance). If the consumer terminates this contract before the merchant has begun to perform its principal obligation, the consumer has no costs or penalties to pay. If the consumer terminates the contract after the merchant has begun to perform his main obligation, the consumer must pay only :

  • The price of the services provided, calculated at the rate stipulated in the contract and;
  • The lesser of the following 2 amounts: either $50, or a sum representing no more than 10% of the price of the services not provided.

Automobile

The road safety education program consists of 24 hours of theory and 15 hours of practice.
Reimbursement is calculated on the basis of the number of hours consumed by the hourly rate specified in the contract (point #1 above), plus the lesser of the following 2 amounts (see point #2 above)

Motorcycle

The motorcycle road safety education program consists of :

  • Theoretical part of the driving course: 2 modules of 3 hours each;
  • Closed circuit part of the driving course: 4 practical outings of 4 hours each;
  • Road circuit part of the driving course: 5 practical outings of 2 hours each for an amount set out in your contract;

Reimbursement is calculated on the basis of the number of hours on file multiplied by the hourly rate indicated in the contract (point #1 above), plus the lesser of the following 2 amounts (see point #2 above)

Moped

The moped road safety education program consists of :

  • Theoretical part of the driving course: 1 module of 3 hours;
  • Closed circuit part of the driving course: 1 practical outing of 3 hours;

Reimbursement is calculated on the basis of the number of hours consumed by the hourly rate specified in the contract (point #1 above), plus the lesser of the following 2 amounts (see point #2 above)

Three Wheels

The Three Wheels road safety education program consists of :

  • Theoretical part of the driving course: 1 module of 3 hours;
  • Closed-circuit part of the driving course: 1 practical outing of 2 hours;
  • Road circuit part of the driving course: 1 practical outing of 2 hours;

Reimbursement is calculated on the basis of the number of hours on file multiplied by the hourly rate indicated in the contract (point #1 above), plus the lesser of the following 2 amounts (see point #2 above)

Other products offered

For reimbursement requests for rentals or refresher courses, as long as the product has not been used[1], it will be reimbursed in full.

No refunds on training materials and manuals used in automobile, motorcycle and moped road safety education programs.

[1] A course is considered to have been used up when it has not been cancelled within the time period requested by the company, i.e. 24 hours in advance.
