Yes, you need a license… even to drive a scooter! Before heading out on your scooter, you must take compulsory classes and obtain a class 6D driving license. Not to worry — Tecnic driving schools provide all the training and support you need to obtain your license.
In three hours of theoretical training, you’ll learn the basic techniques for driving a scooter and riding safely on the road. The documentation will be available on your online learning platform. Our instructors are always available to answer your questions.
In this practical training on a closed circuit, you’ll gain confidence and master driving your scooter. During the last session of practical training, our team will evaluate your skills. Before we can award you the certificate for successful completion of your driving course, you’ll have to show us your good Tecnic!
Make an appointment at a SAAQ service centre to take the theoretical test and the visual test.
The knowledge you acquire at Tecnic will allow you to easily pass this multiple-choice exam on the Highway Safety Code, signage, and the technique and conduct of driving a scooter.

I passed. They teach you in such a way that will make you pass the exam easily. As long as you practice what they teach, you will pass. It's a surprise at the exam because... You'll have to experience it by yourself. Just listen and practice.
