I had a very positive experience! One of my classes were cancelled unexpectidly, so I was unable to finish a module, however, I was given an extension free of charge by support and was able to complete all of my modules.
My teacher Elias was very supportive and was very good at correctung my mistakes in a non-aggressive way. He made the ride less awkward by telling jokes and keeping up conversations with me.
